SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Sanosanbaby.in ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within Three working days.

 

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the value of your order. A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders equal to or below Rs. 599/- (after value reduced post application of coupons or any other offer and excluding shipping charges) at all the locations.

For orders above Rs.599/- (after value reduced post application of coupons or any other offer and excluding shipping charges) free shipping is available at all locations.

Shipping charges are not refundable in the case of cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by Sanosanbaby.in at any point without prior intimation. The new shipping charges will reflect in the checkout flow.

 

Estimated Delivery Time: For areas regularly serviced by reputed couriers, the general delivery time would be Seven working days from the date of dispatch under normal circumstances. It may be noted that items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a few days longer to reach.

Due to the unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances such as COVID 19 restrictions the order delivery may be further delayed and may take more than the stipulated time.

 

Address Change: Sanosanbaby.in does not allow to change the delivery address once order is confirmed.

 

Tracking Packages:

  • We will e-mail/SMS you the Shipment details your consignment on your registered email address/mobile number. In case you do not receive an e-mail/SMS from us within Three working days of placing an order please contact us at support@sanosanbaby.in.
  • Shipment Tracking should appear online approx. within 48 hours from the date of dispatch. In case of any difficulty please contact us at support@sanosanbaby.in.

 

Non-availability on Delivery:

  • In case delivery is attempted but due to your unavailability/some other issues is not completed, our delivery partners will re-attempt to deliver the package based on your advice/availability in consultation with our customer care executive.
  • Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address to help us for faster delivery.
