Payment and Cancellation Policy


We provides safe and secured ways for online payments. We use trusted and reliable payment gateways to ensure that your transactions are processed securely.

We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we also accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India.

  1. Online Payment:
    • We accept online payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI and Net Banking.
    • Customers can choose any of the above-mentioned modes to make payments.
    • We do not levy any additional service charges on online payments.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • We offer COD option for only orders up to Rs.5000/-.
    • Orders below Rs.599/- will be subject to an additional charge of Rs.50/-.
    • COD orders will be subject to verification by our customer care team before being processed.
    • COD orders cannot be opened or handed over until payment is made to the courier person.


At, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help.

In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, refund of your amount will be processed within 21 business days as per our Refund Policy. For detailed information, please refer to the Refund section under this policy.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer care at or fill the Form here. Please note that request for the cancellation can be accepted only within 12 hours of placing of order or before dispatch of order, whichever is earlier. Once order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. 

In case of any disputes, Glowderma Lab Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final decision.
