Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Sanosanbaby.in, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help.

In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, refund of your amount will be processed within 21 business days as per our Refund Policy. For detailed information, please refer to the Refund section under this policy.

Cancellation Of Order 

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer care at support@sanosanbaby.in or fill the Form here. Please note that request for the cancellation can be accepted only within 12 hours of placing of order or before dispatch of order, whichever is earlier. Once order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. 

Replacement Policy: 

  • Raise a replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery through email support@sanosanbaby.in or fill the Form here.
  • In case of damaged/missing product, raise a replacement request alongwith photographs of damaged product within 2 day from the date of delivery.
  • Sanosanbaby.in will take maximum 3 working days to review your replacement request.
  • Sanosanbaby.in will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement is subject to inspection by Sanosanbaby.in team and depends upon the stock availability.
  • Replacement procedure will be completed within Three weeks from the date of such request. 

In Below Scenario’s Replacement is not Possible:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 2 days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand 

Refunds 

  1. Applicable refund against the Entire Order/Product/Shipment Service amount will be provided in your respective refund account, with the exception of Coupon Offer.
  2. Upon successful cancellation of order, applied Coupon Code will be auto released for re-use, provided it is valid and satisfies the code related Terms & Conditions.
  3. A fixed shipping charge of Rs.50/- is applicable on all orders below Rs. 599/- (after value reduced post application of coupons or any other offer and excluding shipping charges) at all locations.
  4. In cases, where a User is initiating cancellation request for order whose value is equal to or below Rs.599/- (after value reduced post application of coupons or any other offer and excluding shipping charges), shipping charges of Rs.50/- would be deducted from the applicable refund amount.
  5. Once cancellation/replacement request is accepted, the exchange/refund process will be completed within Three weeks.
